Why? Most runners I
have talked to through the years goes to bed early the night before, so why
wait with the start.
COURSE: Around a pond with birds. Asphalt and gravel. No
stones in the gravel. Length: 730 meters.
IAU: Bronze label.
SERVICE: As there is a restaurant on the
course you will have the possibility to choose from their menu.
They have
marvellous sandwiches and pastry.

In
The table. You will be surprised how it works in
Restaurant is normally open from 10:00 to 22:00. It might
be prolonged during the event. If not there will be Microwaves + food to be
warmed up by the runners ( helpers ).
MEDICAL. It may be noted that the second
largest hospital in
ACCOMODATION:
In tents most
likely. No slamming doors and everything on the ground. There will be a bed +
mattress + blanket + pillow + a table + a chair for everyone.
I will try
to find a washer and dryer not too far away, so you can turn in cloths in the
evening and have them back clean and dry next morning at the latest.
Showers
will be provided with warm water all day and night.

Why?
The further
away the more travelling costs.
PRICE MONEY?
There will
be rewards for good results. All male runners passing 700K and all female
passing 600K will be awarded. 900K/800K will give 5.000 Euro.
LEGENDS.
I intend to
invite as many legends as possible. The place has a lot of possibilities.
Like a room
for some 100 people eating or only chairs maybe 200 at the same time.
SUPPORT.
I will also
try to get helpers. Alan Young + Seppo Leinonen ( a legend as well ) will most
probably come. Seppo says that 200 Ultra now in 7D
He mumbled
something about running one or two days in Gothenburg. We’ll see.

is taken from “ No Finish Line “ in
There will
be through the total 9 days thousands of people mostly walking around. They
will not interfere with the official races. They will however be close. On the
outside. That means that runners out in the night will not be that lonely.
